In 2018, I had the honor of co-writing with my friend Andi C. Renfree, a lyricist based in Nashville, TN. Andi wrote and presented these lyrics to me to put music to them, shortly after the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, killing 17 people and injuring 17 others.

My recording of our collaboration is a simple arrangement of piano/vocal/guitar, allowing the beauty of Andi's lyrics to shine. In light of the events that inspired Andi to write these lyrics, we have decided to donate 100% of sales from my version of this single to Everytown for Gun Safety.
